This regional meeting took place in Uganda April 29th -May 2nd 2008 at Nob View Hotel Ntinda, hosted by Heifer International Uganda. The first meeting was organized for West and Central Africa members in December 2006. This particular one (2nd), was organized for the Eastern and Southern Africa members. The report contains the aims of WOCAN, methodology, aim of the workshop, highlights of the speeches, highlights of discussions and presentations made, action plans suggested, conclusion, and analysis of the evaluation.
