The purpose of the workshop was to assist participants to identify gender issues within their respective organization, build the capacity of participants and to develop strategies to address gender issues within their respective organsaitions. The broad overview of the Gender and Organizational Change Project and the specific objectives of the workshop were clearly outlined by Dr Barun Gurung who explained that the project is an 18-month project with three components.
