On 26 April, WLCAN was organized in Pretoria, South Africa. Sefora Masia, WOCAN South Africa Coordinator, presented the report of the WLCAN Nairobi meeting held on 18 April and the WLCAN Principles and Methodology. The discussions also focused on providing women farmers platform for leadership skills development, which led to the unanimous decision that all WLCAN meetings will be chaired by a woman farmer; starting with Gloria Monageng who will chair the next meeting to be held on 24 May 2013, with support of WOCAN Coordinator.
