This CSW Side event of EU Trio Presidency of France, the Czech Republic and Sweden presented an opportunity to promote a gender perspective in the fight against climate change. Jeannette spoke here about how to achieve more effective results by exploiting opportunities related to the popularity of both Net Zero and SDG goals of countries and companies, to engage with climate financiers, gender lens investors, to use grant funding to catalyze private sector investments. She advised moving beyond gender mainstreaming to gender outcome measurement and reporting within the NDCs to achieve commitments to the Paris Agreement and SDGs national strategies of governments.
