Jeannette would be attending the White House Champions of Change event on September 6, 2012 highlighting the work of 11 individuals working to strengthen food security in the United States and around the world.
Each week, the White House features a group of Americans – individuals, businesses and organizations – who are doing extraordinary things to empower and inspire members of their communities. On September 6, Agency representatives and White House officials will participate in a discussion with 11 Champions of Change to learn more about the work they are doing to alleviate hunger in their communities.
The event will be held on September 6 from 1:00-2:30 p.m. in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building’s South Court Auditorium at the White House.
