WOCAN has hiredJacqueline Parisi as the Director of Programs. She will be joining the Bangkok office on Dec 17th, 2012.
Jacqueline has over 20 years of international experience in leadership and senior management within a wide range of organizations in the private, public and non-profit sectors. Jacqueline has hands-on expertise in developing organizations, capacity building and in the application of cross-sectoral practices and partnerships. She also has in depth skills in program management, program leadership, change management, strategy development, leadership coaching & development, team development, facilitation, qualitative research, and organisational effectiveness.
Jacqueline holds an MBA and a Doctorate, from Southern Cross University in Australia. Jacqueline also serves as a doctoral research supervisor for Southern Cross University’s Doctor of Business Administration program, and she is a member of the New Zealand Board for SurfAid International, an international NGO. Jacqueline is passionate about facilitating women’s leadership and gender equality through the implementation of innovative strategies and through planned capacity development.
