As part of the activity for the ‘Capacity Building for Women’s Leadership in Farmer Producer Organizations in the Asia and Pacific Region’ project; WOCAN organizedthe ‘Women’s Leadership and Planning Workshop’ for IFAD project beneficiaries in Attepeu, Lao PDR. There were two trainings, first was on 4-8March and the second on 11-15March. There were total of 25 participants in each of the trainings. The five day trainings were facilitated by WOCAN trainers Dr. Barun Gurung, Ms. Phanlany Khamphoui and Mr. Somsouk Sananikone.
