WOCAN has been selected by UNEP to conduct activities to develop a guidance note to integrate gender into REDD+ social safeguards in Indonesia. The study will be led by WOCAN’s Core Associate, Abidah Billah Setyowati, in collaboration with one other consultant with expertise in gender and REDD+ in Indonesia. It will be under the supervision of WOCAN Executive Director, Jeannette Gurung, PhD. The activities would take place from August to October 2012.
